At an internal event the goal is for everyone in the room to hear the same message clearly. We build the agenda with you and plan the running order, stage and guest experience around it. From the registration desk to the evening programme, our project manager on site is your single point of contact.

A product spends a few minutes on stage at a launch, and its photos travel for weeks. We design the reveal, the press and social shooting points and the guest's first hands-on moment as one script. When a project is confidential, we set up the supply chain to match.

At a multi-room conference we run registration and badges, speaker briefings, simultaneous interpretation, room changes and the AV crew from one schedule. At the end we hand over attendance data in a report.

You have a few seconds to stop a visitor walking down the aisle. We design the stand around your brand story and visitor flow, then build it, install it and staff it for the whole show. Dismantling and storage are on us too.

We rehearse the award order, stage changes, host script and artist slots to the minute. The guest's route from the door to their seat gets its own plan.

We plan technical production alongside the concept. Site visits, technical drawings and the rehearsal schedule for lighting, sound, LED, set and stage management are fixed at the start of the project.
